Online Zoom classes

Here are the following classes we have planned for our members each week. Any updates or changes will be communicated here or through our weekly newsletter.

Please note that those participating in any of the zoom classes must have either their camera on or name displayed at all times. Anyone without either identification may be removed. Any presentation slides provided are for zoom class use only and may not be circulated outside of the class.

Monday evening:

Dee Daly – Mindfulness

Mindfulness with Dee Daly takes place on Monday evenings from 7pm – 8pm.

For security purposes, you need to register in advance via Zoom here.

An administrator will approve once membership is confirmed and you will receive an email. You only need to register once.

Dara McMahon – Sing Along Session.

Dara’s Sing Along Session takes place on Tuesday mornings at 11am.

Wednesday morning:

Nurse led Clinic with PDNS Lisa Wynne and Kathy Foley

Our weekly nurse clinic now takes place on Wednesday mornings @ 11:00am. Click here for further details: Nurse led Wednesday zoom

Wednesday evening:

Yoga In the Chair with Theresa

Yoga in the Chair takes place on Wednesday evenings from 6:15pm-6:45pm.

This Yoga session is completed from a chair and is suitable for all levels.

Please note the final date for the summer break will be Wednesday, 26th of June and resume Wednesday, 11th September.

Thursday evening:

Wellness with Dee Daly takes place on Thursday evenings at 7pm. For security purposes you need to register in advance via Zoom in order to obtain a link to the class.

Please register at least two days before a class to allow time for approval. You only need to register once below:
