The importance of exercise

Following on from the Walk in The Park, our nurse zoom topic on 25/09/2024 was based around Exercise and its importance of it in the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease.

As always there was great involvement from the group. Members kindly shared some of the exercise links, Irish programmes, classes, and exercise webinars they found helpful and asked our nurses to share them with you all as they have found them personally beneficial.

A tailored approach is recommended so speak to the instructors/service providers prior to commencing.
