NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

OF

PARKINSON’S ASSOCIATION OF IRELAND

 

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of Parkinson’s Association of Ireland will be held on 13th November 2017 at the Carmichael House, North Brunswick street, Dublin7,Ireland at 3pm  for the purpose of transacting the following business:-

 

ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS:

 

 

To receive and adopt the Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2016 together with the reports of the Directors and of the Auditors.

 

 

To elect the following director co-opted during the year.

 

·       David Donegan

 

   ·       Dr Richard Walsh

 

        ·       Dee Daly

         

            ·       Gary Boyle

 

 

To appoint the Auditors

 

To authorise the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.
